Digital Trainer and Test Analyst – Band 5

Overview

The Digital Training Team seeks a reliable, patient and adaptable individual to work autonomously on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The post holder will develop, deliver and evaluate training and support for both individuals and staff groups across the Trust, ensuring users effectively employ digital tools and new software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate testing and training resources for users.
• Support users in the workplace, both individually and in staff groups.
• Plan, develop, deliver and evaluate training courses and material.
• Evaluate and test current and new software to ensure optimal use by users.
• Travel flexibly between sites to provide training, support and knowledge for the implementation and development of all Digital Testing elements.
• Work autonomously, meeting deadlines and managing workload independently.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Clinical Systems is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn complex tasks and communicate learning clearly and concisely.
• Reliable, patient and adaptable approach to work.
