OCC Plant Leader — Recycled Fibre & Safety Excellence

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an experienced OCC Manager for their state-of-the-art recycling plant in Chester. The OCC Manager will oversee the operations of the plant, ensuring efficient processes and safety compliance while leading a high-performing team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a market-leading environment and contribute to environmental targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, technical knowledge of REC processes, and formal safety training. A relevant degree or HND is preferred.
