Shift Lead – Manufacturing Excellence (Autonomous)

Müller Milk & Ingredients in Market Drayton is seeking a Shift Lead to own on-shift manufacturing operations with end-to-end accountability. This role covers a 4 on/4 off pattern with days and nights, offering autonomy and opportunities to drive operational excellence.
