Engine Warranty & Reliability Lead

JCB Power Systems is seeking an experienced Engine Warranty Support Manager to lead engine failure investigations and drive warranty recovery activities. You will work with Quality, Engineering, Service and suppliers to implement robust root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions, reducing costs and improving reliability.

You will guide Service teams on engine diagnostics, apply problem‑solving methodologies, and present investigation outcomes to senior management and OEMs.
