Senior Contracts Leader – Housing Maintenance & Projects

Hull City Council seeks a Senior Contract Officer to lead a team within the Housing Investment Service. The role is full-time, permanent, 37 hours per week with a hybrid working pattern. You will manage repairs and capital contracts, raise orders, monitor budgets and provide insights through performance reporting.

Work closely with stakeholders, resolve queries, and drive improvements across a portfolio of 24,000 properties while upholding council policies and LGPS pension benefits.
