An existing client of Sphere Solutions is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager, to commence a new role with immediate effect. The client is an established regional Main Contractor based in Bristol. They operate within New Build, Fit Out / Refurbishment, Cladding, M&E, and Facilities Management.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree-level qualifications
• Knowledge and experience within the sectors mentioned (New Build, Fit Out/Refurbishment, Cladding, M&E, and Facilities Management)
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously (4–5 at one time)
