Senior Turf Equipment Product Support Lead

Ransomes Jacobsen Ltd, part of Textron Specialized Vehicles, is seeking a Product Support Manager at our Ipswich facility. You will lead technical support, training, and aftersales activities across turf equipment brands, working with dealers and distributors to improve product performance and customer experience.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality, review dealer performance, deliver service training, and travel within the UK and international as required.
