Hybrid 3rd-Line IT Infra Engineer – Windows, Azure & VMware

Oliver Bernard is recruiting for a 3rd line IT Support Analyst / Engineer in London. The role is a 12-month FTC with an ASAP start, based in their London office with hybrid working (2 days on site). You will support Windows servers and infrastructure, VMware, Azure and Intune, helping to own outages and escalations across the IT estate.

You will ensure secure, resilient infrastructure ready to scale, working with end users and customers and providing proactive monitoring and problem resolution.
