Job Title: Regional Infrastructure Services Manager

Salary: £32,592 – £45,000 + £520 car allowance paid per month
Job Overview
We are seeking a Regional Infrastructure Services Manager to support the Infrastructure Support Services Lead and Account Managers in delivering workstreams and projects. The role involves managing a P&L, overseeing network and growth projects, and setting foundations for future opportunities. The manager will supervise approximately 10 network operatives and external contractors, ensuring work quality, health, safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective delivery of tasks for external customers, including quotation of works.
- Schedule activities to be timely and within budget.
- Support daily operations of on‑site operators, ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Book and undertake H&S training for all team members.
- Execute statutory testing and PPM, documenting results.
- Project manage small to medium R&M activities.
- Conduct contractor and DLO audits in compliance with company targets.
- Produce RAMS for specific jobs across all workstreams for approval by the R&MI delivery manager.
- Approve contractor RAMS.
Qualifications and Experience
- R&M knowledge and background, preferably with project experience leading a geographically dispersed team.
- Proficiency in IT systems.
- Health and safety qualification desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.
