Integration Lead: Architect API‑First, Event‑Driven Core

Pulse Group is hiring a Technical Lead to build a brand-new integration capability for a major UK retailer. Based in Kingston upon Thames (Hybrid 3 days per week), you will shape the strategy toward API-first, event-driven architecture.

You will own the integration architecture across enterprise platforms, design scalable APIs, define standards, and mentor a growing team. You’ll bring delivery in-house from outsourcing.
