Methods is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a cross-functional team supporting Certinia PSA and Certinia Accounting (FFA) within finance processes. You will analyze issues, implement changes, develop flows, and train users across billing, revenue and project financials.
You will work with stakeholders, manage BAU support, and help migrate legacy automation to Salesforce Flow while ensuring data quality and user adoption in a dynamic client-facing environment.
