IVVQ Systems Engineer Manager – Lead Integration & Validation

Thales UK Limited in Belfast seeks a Systems Engineer – IVVQ Manager to lead IVVQ strategy across defence programmes. You will plan, coordinate and deliver integration, verification, validation and qualification activities, develop test strategies, analyse results and manage compliance evidence.

The role requires strong experience in IVVQ, systems engineering processes and leading technical teams, with exposure to DOORS, Polarion, JIRA or Confluence.
