Rail Network Access Planning Lead

Transport for London is recruiting for a senior Network Access Planner to oversee access planning for the Elizabeth Line COS. You will coordinate weekly timetable access, deconflict possessions, and lead cross‑functional meetings with Network Rail and industry partners.

Ideal candidates will have extensive rail access planning experience, PPS/EPP knowledge, and strong stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering safe, timely access for maintenance and projects.
