Location Intelligence Analyst – Hybrid

B&Q is seeking a Location Analyst in Southampton to shape our estate strategy from the Store Support Office. You will use data to evaluate store openings, lease renewals, sublets, and portfolio optimisation, collaborating with Property, Finance, and Strategy teams.

You will build models and dashboards, communicate findings to stakeholders, and continuously refine analytics methods. This role offers hybrid working with one day in the office per week.
