Team Manager, Autism Care & Practitioner Coach

Prior’s Court Foundation is seeking a Team Manager to lead a dedicated team of Autism Practitioners in our residential setting near Newbury. You will model best practices to deliver personalised support and ensure the health and wellbeing of the young people in your care.

The role involves coordinating ongoing training, supervising staff, and implementing autism-friendly strategies to improve outcomes for young people. A full UK driving licence is preferred for this position.
