Senior IT Support Analyst – Retail & E‑Commerce

Dune London is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to join the IT Operations team at our London Head Office. You will handle user support, critical applications, digital platforms, and infrastructure across stores, the Distribution Centre, and Head Office.

As a senior escalation point, you will mentor junior staff, work with Service Desk colleagues and external partners, and contribute to service improvements in a fast-paced retail environment.
