Renal Care Lead Nurse Dialysis, Transplant & Education

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Renal Nurse to provide high-quality specialist care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease. You will coordinate patient care within the renal service, including haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, transplantation and nephrology pathways.

The post holder will lead junior staff, champion evidence-based practice and ensure safe, patient-centered care while supporting learning and development across the team.
