Registered Children’s Home Manager (Dual) – Morcambe

Salary: £51,356 – £55,612 per annum. Permanent, full‑time, 37 hours per week. This role is not open to visa sponsorship.

We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager to join our Residential Leadership Team. The position involves overseeing the daily operations of two Children’s Homes, ensuring smooth and efficient running while maintaining compliance with all regulations and standards. The Dual Registered Manager leads and mentors two teams of Residential Childcare Workers, supported by four Deputy Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of two Children’s Homes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead and mentor two teams of Residential Childcare Workers and four Deputy Managers.
  • Manage multi‑functional responsibilities, including organisational, time‑management and staff coordination.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Passion for working with children and commitment to their well‑being.
  • QCF5 or NVQ 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a Children’s Home.
  • Proven ability to develop a high‑performing team at a managerial level.
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle – essential for this car‑user post.
