Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and self‑motivated Physiotherapist to become a Team Leader within the Musculoskeletal Outpatient Physiotherapy service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑class assessment and treatment to people with musculoskeletal disorders.
- Balance a MSK clinical caseload while managing day‑to‑day team operations, including sickness/annual leave monitoring, activity and performance monitoring and reporting.
- Deliver first‑line leadership to MSK staff, including HR management, timetabling and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to service redesign and support clinical leads with risk and governance.
- Work in a maximum of two different clinics, with flexibility and possible relocation as service demands change.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Substantial experience in an Outpatient Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy environment.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge and evidence of CPD in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and willingness to contribute to our IST programme.
Working Hours
Operating hours are from 7am to 8pm in some clinics across the city; opportunities for flexible working may be available.
