Senior Residential Conveyancer – High-Volume Caseload & Growth

Chadwick Lawrence LLP in Morley is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join the Residential Conveyancing Department. You will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work, and manage a high‑volume caseload with minimal supervision.

A working knowledge of SOS or another case management system is desirable. The successful applicant will generate revenue through business development and demonstrate strong client‑management skills.
