Senior Public Service Designer — Hybrid

hedgehog lab is seeking a Senior Service Designer to work on government projects on a permanent basis. You will map end-to-end service journeys, identify failure points, and collaborate across organisational boundaries to design services that work for the people who use them.

This hybrid role allows remote work most of the week, with two days on site at our Manchester or Newcastle offices, within 50 miles of either location.
