Experience Designer — Customer Journeys & CX Strategy

Waitrose is seeking a talented Customer Experience Designer to join our team. You will design and deliver practical, end-to-end experience improvements that resolve customer pain points and foster consistency across the brand.

You’ll partner with stakeholders and Customer Experience Design Managers to craft journeys within our experience strategy. The role is hybrid at Bracknell Head Office, 35 hours per week, with Tue/Wed core in the office. Salary up to £58,000 depending on experience.
