Senior Paid Ads Manager

Location & Employment

• Remote / digitally nomadic (UK London or Southeast preferred, within 5 hours of London)
• Full time
• Contractor
• £40,000 – £60,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

This role is for an extremely intelligent and driven marketer with a genuine passion for executing paid ads campaigns across various platforms, primarily Google and Meta, with additional experience on LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon and more. You will:

• Develop and manage paid media strategy and tactics for a roster of SaaS and homeware clients.
• Execute and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
• Handle conversion tracking, reporting and data analysis to deliver high ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and the internal creative studio to deliver campaign assets.
• Scale client accounts over time, taking responsibility for larger budgets and more complex campaigns.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• 3+ years of Google Ads management experience.
• 5+ years in paid advertising overall.
• Proficient in full conversion tracking and analytics setup.

Bonus Points

• Experience with additional ad platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon, Bing, etc.).
• Prior agency or startup experience.
• Strong skills with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or third‑party tracking.
