Design Manager – Data Centre Projects (Contractor)

Cotech Building Careers is urgently seeking a Design Manager with data centre experience for a major contractor along the M4 Corridor. The role will require office attendance and regular site visits around Reading to manage projects over £40m in value.

Ideal candidates will come from a contractor background, with 7–10 years in similar roles, and will lead Pre- and Post-Contract Design Management to support delivery and value. The package is excellent.
