Managing Quantity Surveyor: Lead Budget & Risk on Projects

Robertson Group is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead on-site commercial delivery for complex projects in the Gateshead region. You will manage financial and contractual controls, oversee junior staff, and ensure projects meet budgets and milestones while maintaining the company’s high standards.

You will collaborate with Commercial Managers and Directors, identify and manage risks, and drive performance, cost discipline and robust reporting in a team-focused environment.
