2 Week Rotating Shift Pattern (1 week 6am-2pm) / (1 week 2pm-10pm)

Role & Responsibilities

• Carry out TPMs of tooling
• Repair, maintain and refurbish injection mould tooling
• Respond to breakdowns to reduce downtime
• Support new tooling projects
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Toolroom Technician, Tooling Engineer or in a similar position
• Experience with tooling up to 10 tonnes
• Problem-solving, communication skills and teamwork to implement corrective actions
• Health & Safety conscious, ensuring company and regulatory processes are followed

Job Tenure: Permanent | Salary: £47000 – £48000 per annum | Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire
