Deep Drainage / Pipelaying Ganger High Peak (SK23)

Within 1 Hour Travel Temp to Perm Opportunity SEARCH are currently recruiting for an experienced Deep Drainage / Pipelaying Ganger to join a busy civils project based in the SK23 area.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone confident supervising a gang while also delivering works on site.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising a drainage / pipelaying gang
• Carrying out deep drainage and pipelaying works
• Completing all site paperwork and documentation
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in deep drainage and pipelaying within civils projects
• Previous experience working as a Ganger / Team Leader
• Strong understanding of site paperwork and H&S requirements
• Ability to lead from the front and work hands‑on with the team
• Must be based within 1 hour of SK23
• Driver’s licence
• Prepared to travel throughout the North West
