Medical Technology Talent (MTT) is partnering with a precision engineering business supplying tight-tolerance components into medical, aerospace, rail, and automotive sectors, to find a Quality Engineer based in Rotherham.
We are looking for a hands‑on Quality Engineer to join the team supporting day‑to‑day production and quality activities, which would be perfect for someone who’s just as happy on the shop floor as at a desk.
Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you’ll be right in the middle of production, walking the floor, resolving non‑conformances, supporting goods‑in inspection, and helping drive continuous improvement. You’ll also keep our Quality Management System aligned with what’s actually happening day to day.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working to ISO 13485 standards
- Confident in Excel, including building formulas
- Experience with CAPAs and root cause analysis
- Ability to align physical production processes with the Quality Management System
