Eckoh is seeking a Platform Operations Analyst to join a 24/7 Platform Operations team, safeguarding the stability of our AWS-hosted SaaS and voice platforms. You will monitor health, triage incidents, and drive resolution within SLA expectations.

Strong communication is essential for updates to clients and internal teams. You will work across cloud infra, VoIP, and security in a regulated environment, coordinating with Engineering, Network, and Security teams and using Jira Service Management
