Strategic Food Production Lead — 24/7 Campus Kitchen

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a hands-on Food Production Leader for Magna Park, Milton Keynes. You will steer the production strategy across three kitchens and a 12-strong Partner team in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

You will manage menu development, budget, stock, and compliance with top-level food safety standards. Evening (£3.75) and night (£4.75) premiums apply; permanent, full-time, on-site role with weekend work when required.
