Job Description

Field Service Engineer – Instant Photo Machine, Southampton, England (Nationwide patch / Global travel). Salary £28,000 – £36,000 (OTE £50,000). Benefits include company van, company card, international travel, bonus, overtime, time‑in‑lieu, and other benefits.

Responsibilities

• Install, prepare and set up instant imaging machinery.
• Provide technical advice and support to clients, customers and interdepartmental teams.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair instant imaging machinery.
• Keep accurate technical documentation of all projects and work performed.
• Work autonomously with regular travel nationwide and occasional worldwide travel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Background in IT support, desktop support, AV engineering, telecoms, photography or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems (not essential but preferred).
• Full, valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
