This 3‑year programme provides essential knowledge, skills and behaviours for Service Technicians by working on a range of lift trucks and powered access machines. It is suitable for anyone interested in engineering. In the first two years the focus is on removal, refit, service and inspection, and in the third year on fault diagnosis.

What You’ll Do
As an apprentice, you will work at a company and gain hands‑on experience alongside experienced staff. Your key responsibilities include:
- Service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and other material handling equipment.
- Work in a branch or at customer sites in a variety of environments using different types of equipment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, customer policies and Windsor standards.
