HR Contact Centre Advisor (Hybrid/Remote)

Futura Design Ltd is seeking a HR Consultant – Contact Centre for our Whitley, Coventry client. This is a contract role Inside IR35 with hybrid working, remote days and 2–3 office days weekly.

You will be the first point of contact for UK employees, resolving HR queries on recruitment, performance, rewards and employee relations, and escalating where needed. You’ll manage email/portal queries, pull absence reports, and support policy deployment.
