Hospital Security Officer — Shift-Based Protection & Safety

The NHS Trust is seeking a Security Officer to provide covert and overt security presence across George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust premises, deter crime and reassure staff, patients and visitors while enforcing Trust policies.

Shift pattern is 2 x 7am–7pm and 2 x 7pm–7am with 4 days off in rotation; duties include responding to incidents, CCTV operation, controlling access, and coordinating with the security team.
