Senior Disposals Surveyor — Hybrid & Property Strategy

North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Principal Disposals Surveyor to lead a diverse caseload of disposals, acquisitions and asset management. You will help fund the capital programme and drive best use of the corporate estate.

You will manage high‑value asset cases, negotiate terms, and work with developers, agents, solicitors and internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Hybrid/flexible working is available where practicable.
