Subject Specialist Teachers – Secondary Schools Across South Yorkshire

Are you a passionate Subject Specialist Teacher looking for your next opportunity in secondary education? We are seeking teachers across a range of subject areas, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Modern Foreign Languages, Art, Design Technology, PE, Computing, Music, Business Studies, and more.

The Role

As a Subject Specialist Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, curriculum-focused lessons within your specialist subject.
  • Inspire and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with Key Stage 5 opportunities available in some schools).
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student achievement.
  • Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback to help pupils reach their full potential.
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold high standards of teaching and learning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your specialist area.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A flexible, proactive, and professional approach.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel).
