IPS Employment Specialist: Retain & Return to Work

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) is seeking an IPS Job Retention Specialist to autonomously manage a caseload of service users in order to enable them to retain employment using the Individual Placement Support (IPS) model.

You will work within HPFT community mental health teams and Primary Care, delivering specialist support and advice on employment rights and phased return to work plans, with colleagues across disciplines.
