The Arch Company is seeking a Property Counsel to join its growing in-house legal team in London. The role focuses on commercial leases, property transactions and day-to-day property queries, with exposure to a broad UK portfolio.
The successful candidate will draft and negotiate leases, manage renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, and work closely with asset managers, leasing teams and senior stakeholders to deliver practical legal advice.
