Maritime Health & Safety Manager – Shipyard Leader

Avantis Group seeks an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee HSE in a Chinese shipyard project, coordinating with management, engineering and construction teams. You will drive safety culture, risk prevention, and regulatory compliance across all phases of vessel construction.

The role requires 5+ years in HSE, NEBOSH Diploma, and strong leadership in multicultural environments. English is desirable; Mandarin or China experience is highly preferred.
