College Supported Internship Lead

South West London & St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is recruiting to lead a newly developed Choices College supported internship programme. The role focuses on preparing young adults with learning difficulties, disabilities or autism for employment within the NHS and related sectors.

You will develop and manage a local internship programme, mentor staff, and work closely with NHS organisations, Local Authorities, and other agencies to deliver positive outcomes for interns.
