Hospice Counsellor: Bereavement & Emotional Support

Thames Hospice in Maidenhead is seeking a Counsellor to provide specialist counselling and bereavement support to patients and families. You will assist clients in adjusting to health changes, promote emotional wellbeing, and support resilience at end of life.

Work includes face-to-face sessions at the Hospice, online counselling, and Walk & Talk options around Bray Lake. You will join a dedicated Counselling and Support Services Team and collaborate with clinical and community partners.
