Highgate Care is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a residential home in Birstall. The role focuses on delivering person-centred, dignified care for residents in a Good CQC setting, with a strong occupancy base and a supportive local community.

You will lead a small, friendly team, oversee care plans, compliance and governance, and drive quality and innovation across the service while maintaining excellent relationships with residents, relatives and professionals.
