Your main responsibilities
- Preparingdocumentation,andproducingreportsformeetings
- Prepareforandattendkeyaccountmanagementmeetingswhenrequired
- Takeandscreencalls,enquiriesandrequests,andhandleappropriately
- Dealwithincomingemailandoftencorrespondonbehalfofmanagementefficientlyandprofessionally
- Keeptheclientsuptodatewithallissuesregardingtheircontractandfollowuponanyrequests
- Respondtoclientsneedspromptlyandbethefirstpointofcallensuringcustomerserviceisparamount
- Maintenanceoffiles,assistingwithworksheets,schedules,andotherservice-relateddocuments
- Generaladministrativeduties-includingtypingcorrespondence,dictation,recordkeepingetc
- Keepingthein-housesystemuptodateandupdatingcustomerserviceportalstoensureweadheretoKPIs&SLAs
- Producingclientinvoiceapplicationsandpreparingandsendingaccuratesalesinvoices
- Communicatingprofessionallywithallpeopleanddepartmentsbothexternallyandinternally
- Logging&processingcallouts/maintenanceandliaisingwithengineerstoensurecompletion
