Registered Manager – Supported Living Birmingham

Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in Supported Living?
We’re looking for a confident and motivated leader to oversee our Supported Living services across Birmingham and Coventry, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, Forensic backgrounds, Behaviours that Challenge, Complex Physical Health Needs, Sex Offender Histories, and Multiple & Complex Needs.
The Role
Lead the day-to-day operation of Supported Living services.
Ensure CQC compliance and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Manage, support and develop multidisciplinary staff teams.
Oversee safeguarding, audits, governance and quality assurance.
Build positive relationships with Local Authorities, Commissioners, Housing Providers and healthcare professionals.
Drive continuous improvement, occupancy and service growth.
About You
You’ll have:
Previous Supported Living management experience (essential).
Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, Forensic backgrounds, Behaviours that Challenge and Complex Needs.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance.
Experience leading teams and managing compliance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
Full UK Driving Licence.
