Assistant Café Manager: Lead Team & Guest Experience

Costa Coffee in London is looking for an experienced Assistant Cafe Manager to oversee all cafe operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This full-time role offers £30,000 per annum and a 40-hour week, with shifts 5 out of 7 days.

You will support the manager with inventories, budgets and training, while ensuring smooth kitchen and counter service and representing Compass Group UK & Ireland with pride.
