Senior Building & Facilities Manager – Manchester

IWFM is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee a commercial property near Manchester city centre for Catch 22 client. You will manage hard and soft FM services, contracts, and budgets to deliver a high standard of service in a proactive team environment.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in FM, strong health and safety knowledge including fire, asbestos, water hygiene, plus IOSH Managing Safely certification. IWFM/IOSH membership is preferred.
