ABM UK is seeking a Lead Agent at Heathrow Airport to deliver top-tier customer care and guide a team of agents. You will handle high-profile passenger needs during busy flights, ensuring seamless journeys and professional, courteous service across the terminal and aircraft.

You will mentor newer agents, maintain accurate progress updates on PDAs, and uphold safety with daily equipment checks, while working a 4 on/4 off shift pattern at a 40-hour week.
