Senior Asset Finance Customer Care Leader

Lloyd Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Executive in the asset finance field to join the customer operations team in the UK. The role focuses on leading service excellence, coaching colleagues, and handling complex enquiries, with a salary circa £30,000 per annum plus benefits.

Working closely with the Customer Service Manager, you’ll act as a subject matter expert, drive continuous improvement, and coach staff on processes and best practices.
