Pub Shift Supervisor — Path to Assistant Manager

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Supervisor for our Swindon pubs to lead daily operations and deliver excellent guest service. You will work with the pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably, including opening and closing duties, stock checks, and cash handling.
