Qualifications

A background in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or a related discipline, together with strong project management skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on technically challenging international projects within a collaborative and supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure QHSE policies and procedures are implemented throughout each project.
  • Manage projects from commercial handover through to successful completion.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
  • Capture, monitor and report project KPIs to key stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of geotechnical contracts, including client relationships, planning, scheduling, commercial performance and project execution.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, including soil testing laboratories and freelance personnel.
  • Review and approve project documentation, ensuring contractual deliverables are completed on time.
  • Maintain a high standard of service for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake other duties appropriate to the role and level of responsibility.

Who we’re looking for

  • A recognised qualification in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience managing engineering or offshore projects.
  • Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
