Qualifications
A background in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or a related discipline, together with strong project management skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on technically challenging international projects within a collaborative and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure QHSE policies and procedures are implemented throughout each project.
- Manage projects from commercial handover through to successful completion.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
- Capture, monitor and report project KPIs to key stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of geotechnical contracts, including client relationships, planning, scheduling, commercial performance and project execution.
- Coordinate subcontractors, including soil testing laboratories and freelance personnel.
- Review and approve project documentation, ensuring contractual deliverables are completed on time.
- Maintain a high standard of service for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake other duties appropriate to the role and level of responsibility.
Who we’re looking for
- A recognised qualification in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Significant experience managing engineering or offshore projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
